No particular reason for posting this. Something reminded me of it, and I wanted to hear it. I expect it's unfashionable to like Enya. So sue me.

I'm so Last Century, I would have thought liking Enya was highly fashionable! Nick and I both like this.

I haven't heard this for ages. I didn't know the name of the singer. I like it a lot.

I also like Enya quite a lot. It has been a long time since I heard that song. Thanks.

Glad to be of service. The whole album (Watermark) is excellent.

I've always liked Enya, but surprisingly enough never cared for this particular song much. I haven't listened to her in a quite a while.

I heard this on the radio (!) when it came out, and thought it was intriguing--it certainly didn't sound like anything else on pop radio in the late '80s. But didn't hear any more of her work till much later. As I recall my favorite on this album was "Storms in Africa", kind of a rushing, driving thing (as I recall--haven't heard it for some time).

Would this help?

In for a penny, in for a pound.

Storms in Africa -- yes, a good 'un:

In for a pound...more like a ton. Wow...I am defeated.

Sorry...that version of 'Storms...' was an edit. Here's the whole song -- much better.

Such a great song--thanks. Or rather, in light of our discussion about songs vs. singers (and arrangements): a great track. Hardly a song at all really.
