I have this idea that for Christmas Mass, we should have O Come All Ye Faithful at the beginning, and Silent Night at Communion, and Joy to the World at the end. We had all that, so I am happy. It was a nice Mass.

We had something close to that. Definitely Joy to the World at the end. The music at the cathedral in Mobile is not what it used to be but it's still good. I was happy, too.

I like the two pictures together. It's like the top one clears the bottom one up.

There was some vague notion along those lines in my posting them. I was at that church later on the same night that the foggy one was taken (Friday the 13th). I think the tree was already up then and I wish I'd thought to take a picture of it. That would have been a better juxtaposition.
